"Fantastic location, really central, close to nice restaurants, shops, bars and the metro. Very comfy beds, nice shower and bathroom facilities. Apartment is small but has everything we needed. Common entrance area very clean. Nice neighbours. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a short stay in Paris. (Note: we did not cook or eat in apartment)"

"The apartment (Rivoli 2) was clean and comfy, and in a great location, close to many bars and restaurants in Le Marais district. It had everything that we needed inside, including a great bathroom. Loads of wardrobe space, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine etc etc... Very close to St Paul (2 min walk) and Hotel De Ville (5 min walk) Metro stops"

"Arrival was chaotic, we were sent a link to a website with all information about arrival and other things on. This was great as it even included videos showing how to get into the building and the apartment. However on arrival we found that these videos were out of date and inaccurate. We could not access the apartment as the keybox had been removed leaving four screws in the wall. We called the owner multiple times and finally received a Whatsapp saying "hello, can I help". We did manage to make contact via booking.com messages where we found that a further email had been sent with the new access details, to obtain the keybox from the mailbox downstairs (this had been sent while we were in the air somewhere over the English channel whilst being prepared we'd already noted the info previously sent). In short, the process needs to be better to make it an easy entry for people who've been traveling all day, and spent the 20 minutes before arrival walking in pouring rain from a train station. (EDIT: The host has sent me a note since this review was posted stating that this will be changed, so hopefully that is the case) Also, the booking was for a 1 x bedroom apartment, but on arrival we found it to be a bedsit, where the sofa bed was in the same room as the bed. Not a massive problem to us, but it may be to some, so maybe it could be made clearer for people when booking."

"The size … too small for our group of 4 adults! Booking.com describes the accommodation as a 1 bedroom but it is in fact a studio apartment which was a bit misleading! Thankfully we realised this before we travelled so booked extra accommodation for 2 of our group… not great for the budget! Much more suited to a family with small kids!"

"De locatie van het appartement is echt top! Winkels, restaurants, kroegjes, supermarkten, de metro/ bus, alles zit op loop afstand. Het appartement zelf vonden wij ook erg ruim aanvoelen en zeer comfortabel. De hosts zijn super behulpzaam, goed bereikbaar en staan open voor feedback. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen."
